Our success is because of our family volunteers.  All swim families are required to sign up for at least volunteer slots.

Click here to volunteer. This is also the link to "sign out" if your Barracuda will be participating in less than 100% of any and all meets (to include leaving early, coming late or not coming at all).

Training is required for Scorers and Officials - Stroke & Turn, Referees and Starters. Click here learn more.

Not sure where you to offer your volunteer services? Read below to help you decide:

  • Do you like a front row view of everything or have a little swim background? Being an Official for Stroke & Turn, a Starter or a Meet Referee could be the right role for you. No experience is necessary, but one spectacular evening of training is required.

  • Are you a social butterfly? A host(ess) with the most(ess)? Party planning and concessions is the place to be!

  • Do you like to have your finger on the pulse and know what's going on? Then you are perfect for the Volunteer Desk Coordinator!

  • Does pepping and prepping kids seem like a good time to you? Then Clerk of Course or 8 & Under aide is what you're looking for!

  • Is geeking out with computers, numbers and spreadsheets your cup of tea? Scoring or Computer Coordinator could fit your passion! Training is required.

  • Do you prefer to work behind the scenes but still want to play an important role? Consider managing equipment, slide show coordinator or party planning!

  • Want to keep things safe and fair? The Meet Marshal role is calling your name.

  • Missed your Tinseltown calling or feel like DJing? Then the announcer role would suit you!

  • Do you like to be in a fast paced environment? Timing is your answer.

  • Are you concerned you won't get all your steps in because you'll be at the meet all morning? The runner position or 8 & Under Aide will solve your problem!

  • Do you like doing a little bit of everything? The floater role is guaranteed to float your boat!

  • Are you good at closing out a party with a fabulous bang? Consider being our slide show coordinator.
